This policy is published in Hebrew, English, French and Russian. If the versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.

Who we are

Signal Stacking ("we", "us") operates signalstacking.co.il and is the owner (controller) of the database that holds the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us by phone or WhatsApp on 050-997-8895.

What information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, mobile phone, email, your clinic's or business's website, your answers about new patients, revenue and advertising spend, any message you write, and your consent choices.
  • Information collected automatically: technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the page you came from and the time of your visit, which our hosting provider records for the site to work and stay secure; and campaign details in the link you used (for example utm, fbclid or gclid tags).
  • Information from other sources: the details you enter when you book a call in Calendly, and public information about your business (your website, Google listing, reviews and search results) that we analyse to prepare your audit.
  • We do not ask for, and you should not send us, information about patients or anyone's health.

Is giving us information required?

No law requires you to give us any information, and giving it depends on your free will. The fields marked as required are needed to handle your request: without them we cannot prepare your audit or contact you.

Why we use it

  • to answer your request and contact you about it;
  • to prepare and present your practice audit and schedule your call;
  • to check whether our services suit your business and to send you a proposal;
  • to send you marketing messages, only if you agreed to receive them;
  • to run, secure and improve the site, and, only with your consent, to measure visits and advertising;
  • to meet our legal obligations and protect our rights.

Who receives it

  • Service providers that work for us under an obligation to keep the information confidential and secure: website hosting, security and form storage (Cloudflare), scheduling (Calendly), and our customer-management, email and messaging tools.
  • If you allow analytics or advertising cookies: Google and Meta, as described in the cookies section below.
  • Professional advisers, authorities when the law requires it, and a buyer or successor of our business, under a duty of confidentiality.
  • We do not sell personal information.

Information stored outside Israel

Some of our service providers store or process information outside Israel, including in the United States and the European Union. We transfer information abroad in accordance with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001, to recipients that undertake to protect it.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the purposes above: usually up to 3 years from our last contact with you, unless the law requires longer or we need it for a claim. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security

We protect information with reasonable measures in line with the Privacy Protection (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017: encrypted connections (HTTPS), access only for people who need it, and secure providers. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and similar technologies

  • Essential: storage in your browser that keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. It does not need consent.
  • Analytics and advertising: these load only if you agree. At the moment we do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we start, they will load only after you agree, and we will update this policy.
  • You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page, and you can also delete cookies in your browser.

Marketing messages

We send advertising messages by email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone only with your express consent, as section 30A of the Communications (Telecommunications and Broadcasting) Law, 5742-1982 requires. Every message tells you how to unsubscribe, and you can ask us at any time to remove you from our mailing list (section 17F of the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981).

Your rights

  • Under the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, you may ask to see the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete information that is wrong, incomplete, unclear or out of date.
  • You may withdraw any consent you gave, at any time, without affecting what was done before.
  • If the European GDPR applies to you, you also have the rights of erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and you may complain to your local data protection authority.
  • To use any right, contact us using the details above. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may contact Israel's Privacy Protection Authority.

The site is meant for business owners and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their information.
