Terms of use

These terms are published in Hebrew, English, French and Russian. If the versions differ, the Hebrew version prevails.

Agreement

These terms apply to anyone who uses signalstacking.co.il (the "site"), which is operated by Signal Stacking ("we", "us"). By using the site or sending us a form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. The terms are written in the masculine form for convenience and apply to everyone.

Information only

The content of the site, including the sample audit, the case study, figures and examples, is general information about our services. It is not legal, medical, financial or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice that suits your circumstances. The sample audit describes a fictional clinic.

No guarantee of rankings or results

Google, Google Maps, ChatGPT and other search and AI services are run by third parties that decide what to show at their sole discretion and change their methods often. We do not control them. We do not promise or guarantee any position, traffic, leads, bookings or income. Results described on the site belong to a specific clinic at a specific time, vary from business to business, and do not predict future results.

The free audit

The free practice audit is given without charge and without obligation. It relies on public information and the information you give us, as it was on the day it was prepared, and it may contain mistakes or become out of date. Use it as a starting point and do not rely on it alone. We may decline to prepare an audit, or to work with any business, at our discretion, including because we work with one clinic per specialty in each area. Sending a form does not create a client relationship.

Services and prices

The services, the payment models (including the model in which our fee comes from the increase in patients) and the conditions for qualifying for them are described on the site in general terms only. Nothing on the site is an offer that can be accepted to form a contract. Any engagement will be made only by a separate written agreement signed by both sides, and that agreement alone will bind the parties.

Your information and your responsibility

You confirm that the information you send is correct and that you are allowed to send it on behalf of the business. Do not send us information about patients or anyone's health. Use of your personal information is described in the privacy and cookie policy.

Intellectual property

All rights in the site and its content, including texts, design, graphics, the name and logo "Signal Stacking", the method and the audits, belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. You may view the site for your own needs. You may not copy, publish, scrape, sell or use its content commercially without our written permission. Names such as Google, Google Maps and ChatGPT belong to their owners, who are not connected with us and do not endorse us.

Proper use

Do not use the site against the law; do not interfere with its operation or security; do not run automated tools, scrapers or bots against it; do not send false information or impersonate anyone; and do not send spam or malicious code.

Third-party services

The site links to services such as Calendly, WhatsApp and Google. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is subject to their terms.

The site is provided "as is"

To the fullest extent the law allows, the site, its content and the free audit are provided as they are and as available, without any representation or warranty, express or implied, including about accuracy, fitness for a purpose or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we, our founders, partners, employees and service providers are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damage, or for loss of profit, income, patients, data or goodwill, arising from the use of the site or the free audit, or from reliance on them. In any event, our total liability for any claim connected with the site or the free audit is limited to ₪1,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for malice or fraud.

Indemnity

If you are a business, you will compensate us for any reasonable cost or loss, including legal fees, caused by your breach of these terms or by information you sent us unlawfully, after we let you know of the claim and give you the chance to defend it.

Changes

We may change the site and these terms at any time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.

Law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed only by the laws of the State of Israel, without its rules on conflict of laws. The competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter connected with the site or these terms.

General

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest remains in force. Not using a right is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the privacy and cookie policy, are the whole agreement about the use of the site.
